One Year to the Day.

I mixed in some other change with this found change pile and I'm not sure how much. Now while some have voiced their concerns that this is horrible, I disagree. I doubt it will be a problem.

I have in this pile of change:
38 quarters
16 dimes
12 nickles
25 pennies

For a total of: 11.71
Current stake: $27.86
STEP 12 COMPLETE

This is starting to look a like a bit more than a pile of change.

I started step 12 exactly one year ago and while I might have actually had enough money to be in step 13 earlier, it took me one entire year to get around to posting that I have made it to step 13 of the doubling challenge.

It's only been four months...

Another deposit to the doubling account...

5 pennies

For a total of $3.65 in this post.
That brings the entire account to $16.15.

Another break in the updates.

I found four quarters, three dimes, three nickels, and two pennies since last update.
Total: $1.47

Current stake: $12.50

Just a few days ago...

It seems like I posted recently, but I guess not. During the wait I found four dimes, a nickel, a quarter and a penny for $0.71

Current stake: $11.03

$0.21

Another 21 cents today and that brings me to step twelve!
I found two dimes in the vending machine return slot and a penny on the ground next to the machines.

Still working on this change thing...

I am glad that http://dtamp.blogspot.com/ seems to still be alive after recent extreme volatility in the market. Down 2380 (over a few days) then 900 up (in one day...) and so forth. Speculation is bad and rampant.

I don't have anywhere near the ammound of money in my stake as dtamp does, but I'm working at it at least.

Oh, and I found a dime in the return slot of a vending machine. No one around so, naturally...

A nice way to end the week.

With three quarters and two nickles for a total of $0.85 gained today.
